The Farmer and Three Sons.

        The farmer and three  sons.
A farmer had three sons who quarreled with one another all day. He advised them not to use bad words against each other. But they wouldn’t listen.
One day he came back from the forest with bundle of sticks in his hand. He sat down and asked each of his sons to take up the bundle and break it into two parts.
They tried but in vain. The farmer united the bundle and gave them one stick after another saying ‘break this now.’ They broke each stick into several parts.
The farmer said to his sons: ‘as long as you are together no one can separate you. But if you are divided, you can be broken into pieces.
They tried but in vain.

A farmer had three sons,
who quarreled with one another everyday,
one day farmer taught them a good lesson,
that is:
United we stand, divided we fall.
